Return Process

  Log into your WROGN account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.

  Pack the Product

  Place the item back in its original packaging with all brand tags, invoices, and accessories included to ensure a successful quality check.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days for a reverse pickup; please ensure you receive a confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
